I cannot find documentation, but presume that we first ask for new directories
at:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/forrest
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/forrest
with commit notifications going to [email protected] list.
Then we move our stuff from our current dist svn, and add our current release.
Then ask Infra to switch on svnpubsub.
