Hi mentors, The GSoC idea list shows "Apache Fory Row Format for Go, Swift, Dart, and JavaScript" as a single 350-hour project. For issue #3375 (Dart Row Format specifically), should the proposal scope to Dart only, and if so, is it still considered a 350-hour large project or a smaller scope?
