What is P1, P2, and P3 in the translation quality metrics ?
How do you decide Pass/Fail of the translation quality ?
These are often asked questions about Sun translation
quality metrics.
To answer those quesitons, now the definitions are summarized
in a document and accessible from the following location:

"Priority" sheet describes what is P1, P2, and P3.
"Level" sheet illustrates how the quality level and Pass/Fail
