You can customize the setting in the window manager to not decorate OOo
windows...
Yes, maybe we can let the window manager to do this, but sometimes
during the using, user may accidentally return to the decorated window
state, e.g. choose View|Fullscreen, and then click "exit fullscreen" may
let OOo return to decorated state on KDE.
