we have recently uploaded the new dispatch command reference for OpenOffice.org 2.0. I hope that we can extend it with additional information, like command description and available parameters, soon.
Please keep in mind that dispatch commands are not stable and can change from version to version. If you want to develop an Add-on or need a stable base, you should definitely prefer using the UNO API.
