Yes, but I don't load any documents inside it.
Maybe that's why I had the menu problems?

OK, so I've added a scalc component to the children frames, but I discovered some
problems. I think that has something to do with the focus problem you mentioned.
When I add the scalc components to the 2 child windows inside the tabcontrol
the lastly added scalc receives the keyboard focus and I can type only in this component.
Maybe I could call some focus() method on the component when the tab is activated?
I'll check if there's something I can use in the api documentation.
