Normally i would say you are right but in this case i think it is ok
because the time frame of this google projects is limited and this
tabbed window becomes not automatically an official feature of OpenOffice.
But and that is the important point here it shows that it is possible to
implement new features for OO even without deep knowledge of the core.
Start with an idea, communicate in the right sub project and you will
get the necessary help if it is a good and promising new feature. UNO
components allows exactly the smooth integration of this kind of feature
(replace an existing implementation with a new one)
