[framework-dev] Changing module name in Application Title Bar

Hello,

I am working on a project and would like to change the text "Writer" to 
"Word Processor" in the Title Bar OO Writer. Changing the ooname value 
in Setup.xcu changes OpenOffice.org but not the module name. Can this 
change be done at run time or is it fixed before compiling?
