hi laurent, IDEA isn't free, more infos are available at http://www.jetbrains.com/idea/ i only want another editor, without debugging and deploying basic-libs. currently i also try to port the oooeclipse-plugin to IDEA. i dont know if there is a working python-plugin for idea. searching the plugin-list, i found one, but i got no further informations about it. look at https://pythonid.dev.java.net regards jan
