Ok, I can reproduce your described problem ( the "Insert" toolbar is not
context sensitive and should therefore be visible) and you're right that
this is an issue. We shouldn't mix problems which are not related to
each other. Therefore could you please write a separate issue for the
problem (object embedding and toolbars) and describe the scenario?
Please set cd as the owner.
