a) In the AccessibilityOptTest.cxx, I tested GetAutoDetectSystemHC() and
SetAutoDetectSystemHC(), and find:
when using the new config item: both GetAutoDetectSystemHC() and
SetAutoDetectSystemHC() will not throw errors. I think those are expected.
when using the old config item: GetAutoDetectSystemHC() will not throw
error, but I think it should throw an error. SetAutoDetectSystemHC()
will throw an error and I think it is expected.
b) In the HistoryOptTest.cxx, I tested GetSize()/SetSize()( Clear(),
GetList() are been testing ), and find:
GetSize() is expected but testing SetSize() will throw errors no matter
using old or new config items.
c) I'm finding the test's faults and need your help.
