I just checked both issues and at least #769567 is set to OOo 2.3 with
priority P2. Chances are good that this issue will be fixed for 2.3.
#78261 looks controversial as one of the Hamburg QA representative set
the bug to duplicate and you opened it again. As we are short before
Code Freeze chances are minor that this issue will be fixed for 2.3.
