Dear developers,
please consider issues
33668 - Mouse right-click on a toolbar to customize it
31624 - Toolbars - Customize dialog has no option to show/hide toolbars
from it
for implementation in 3.0-3.x.
Having this features will make the whole customization process
substantially easier for our users.
