Thank you for paying attention to this issue, the dialog can be found in
the attachment in my previous mail as "EnterPassword.xdl". In fact
however, same exceptions emerged when I tried to dump other different
dialogs, including one "empty dialog" without any control in it.

The author of the dialogdump tool will investigate the problem when he
has time, but currently he is very busy so we should proceed further.
It's hard to guess the reason with just seeing the exception stack. Can
you please provide the Basic dialog which you used Dialog Dump with?
