Thanks a lot for the patch, it looks good.
Just a small correction, I would create a name based on the plugin
user installation, not the office user installation path. Just because
logically the pipe name should be related to the plugin size, not the
office size. But as I have mentioned, this is a very small correction.
I have submitted an issue for this, i93617, please attach your patch
to this issue and set the Issue type to "patch".
