Hi Felix,
Yes, the problem should be reproducible while dragging an active object
( can be done by clicking to the border and dragging ).
Thank you for checking this. Could you please add your findings to the
issue along with the office version that you have used. I will send the
issue back to QA then, the other two problems you have found look like
different bugs of lower priority.
Meanwhile you can take a look to the issue i40233. The problem there is
that the default application template is not used to create a new
document on windows.
The implementation related to the Template organizer dialog can be found
in sfx2/source/doc/docvor.cxx, the setting of the default template is
related to ID_DEFAULT_TEMPLATE event.
Best regards,
Mikhail.

Hi Mikhail,
I tried to reproduce the scenario and did find some problem, which
however is not exactly the same as described in the issue. It seems:
1. Moving the embedded object, activated or not, is fine.
2. Resizing an activated object from the right border, the right
border remains at the original position, while the left border moves a
same distance the mouse does to the oppositely direction.
3. Inactive the object after scenario 2, drag the top/right border the
object jumps rightmost of the page.
Please let me know if this is the same problem the issue describes, or
I'm taking wrong steps to reproduce the scenario. Thanks.
Best Regards,
Felix.
