I don't know of any "hack" or feature which supports your very
specific requirement. The only solution would be make an enhancement
where someone could add files or patterns to be excluded by the
recovery process.
Such feature isnt available yet.
Best solution would be to define a special variable inside the list of
document properties (as e.g. "[bool] DoNotRecover = true/false").
The AutoSave/Recovery mechanism can read such property and react tin the
right way.
Of course that will be a new feature and has to be discussed with all
stakeholders first .-)
