The report looks good to me, I have checked my box. Some minor suggestions for the report:
* I would suppress the sentence: "[...] working on code that's not part of the incubating code base." * instead of "[..] then we are soon starting the IP clearance voting" I would say "[...] then we are soon starting the IP clearance process".
