2.3.25 is not publicly released (announced and linked from
freemarker.org) because the artifacts weren't pushed to the Maven
Central Repository. I don't know why, and infra didn't responds yet
(for 5 days now, see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/INFRA-12188).
If anyone has any idea, like if I could screw this up or fix this
somehow, let me know!

I have "released" the staged repo on Nexus, just like last time, and
that was apparently successful:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases/org/freemarker/freemarker/2.3.25-incubating/
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/public/org/freemarker/freemarker/2.3.25-incubating/
But then, 2.3.25-incubating is not listed here:
http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cgav%7C1%7Cg%3A%22org.freemarker%22%20AND%20a%3A%22freemarker%22
and of course this is 404 too:
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/freemarker/freemarker/2.3.25-incubating/

BTW, last time we also had a broken push to Central or some glitch on
Central itself (I don't know what was the problem), though then it was
partially pushed, but there's nothing now.

(I also don't know how did a 2.3.24-SNAPSHOT get into the release
repository... but that's an old artifact there.)
