Hi, Thanks for bring this license issue up. I filed an issue https://github.com/apache/incubator-fury/issues/1271 for this, and create a PR to fix it: https://github.com/apache/incubator-fury/pull/1272 The PR moved java/fury-benchmark benchmarks/java-benchmarks directory. In this way, when users/developers compiles and install fury from source, jmh won't be downloaded by default. And I made jmh depdendency as optional too, users/developers need to activate `jmh` profile to run benchmarks. I believe this address license issue for fury-benchmark. Please feel free to take a look at this PR and let me know if there are any further adjustments should be made.
