Hi, I’m standardizing fury java serialization specification in https://github.com/apache/incubator-fury/pull/1240 . It's a lot of work, we put in a lot of effort to ensure it meets the requirements of schema compatibility, annotation extensibility, space cost and performance.
The java serialization specification in this PR is not final, we can still improve it in future. But I hope it sets up a good foundation for further discussion. It will be the basis for our future implementation. And the cross-language serialization specification will be submitted in the following PR, which is similar to the protocol in this PR.
