Dear Incubator PMC and Mentors, Following the community's discussion in issue #780 <https://github.com/apache/geaflow/issues/780> [1], I would like to propose the release of Apache GeaFlow (Incubating) version 0.8.0-incubating as our next incubator release (building upon our first incubator release 0.7.0-incubating).
This release brings substantial progress in extending graph AI capabilities, enhancing ISO-GQL standard compliance, and improving runtime stability, including significant advancements in vector storage, graph algorithms, and enterprise-grade connectors. For details about the features and discussions of version 0.8.0-incubating, please refer to the proposal in issue-780. I volunteer to serve as the release manager for Apache GeaFlow (Incubating) 0.8.0-incubating. As the release manager, I will be responsible for preparing the release artifacts, coordinating reviews, and guiding the vote process in accordance with Apache guidelines. Please feel free to participate in the discussion.
