There are several issues for running docs/build_doc.sh on Mac OS X 10.11 El
Capitan:
1. htmlproof has been renamed to htmlproofer on Dec 2015. So, with latest
version, htmlproof call will fail.
2. ruby fails to load libc and libcurl due to Mac OS X's latest behavior.
