Several new few issues were identified that resulted in my decision to cancel this vote for RC1 and reissue a RC2. These issues include:
1. The licenses/ subdirectory was not being copied into the binary release 2. The LICENSE file has some unnecessary wording ([info]) 3. The source release should only contain LICENSE-<project> files under licenses/ that are relevant. These issues have been corrected and a RC2 release will be submitted immediately. Thanks Kam
