to http://gearpump.apache.org/LICENSE which doesn't exist. (was: APACHE
PROJECT WEBSITE BRANDING POLICY
notes (among others) that "License" should link to:
http://www.apache.org/licenses/.
We link to http://gearpump.apache.org/license.html (from apache.gearpump.org).
Review other requirements and verify if we meet them.)
