Bruce Schuchardt resolved GEODE-1988.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
This failure doesn't reproduce. It must have been influenced by a previous
test run in the same JVMs. The test has no pauses or any other flaky code that
I can see. If the test fails again we need to capture artifacts so we can tell
what other test may have affected this one.
