Summary: Write a function to return a zip file for a single server

We need to write a function to be executed on each server that will find the
desired artifacts (logs, stat files, stack traces) on that server given the
parameters of the export command (date limiting, --exclude-stats, etc) and
return that zip file to the calling locator using the mechanism determined by
GEODE-2414.
