Since VS 2017 is needed by dodNetty, Ernie and I suggest changing this ticket
to use VS 2017 instead of VS 2015. This version is slated to be released on Mar
7, 2017.
I have been using the VS 2017 release candidates for about three months, and
haven't seen any problems building and running our tests.
