Summary: Catch PrimaryBucketException in LuceneQueryFunction

Issue:
PrimaryBucketException when a member bucket stops being primary while the
lucene query was being executed. This results in an failure. We want to
re-attempt the query execution so that it is executed on the member containing
the primary bucket.
Solution:
Catch PrimaryBucketException in execute method in LuceneQueryFunction and throw
it as an InternalFunctionInvocationException so that the Lucene Query is
reexecuted.
