Gfsh has its own parser and has some custom logic to support current gfsh
syntax. Gfsh also directly manages cursor buffer (jline) for few cases.
Most of DUnits use custom version of Shell which allows to control shell
through API instead of input-stream events. I haven't tried with latest
spring shell but upgrade is item on to-do list.
