GEODE-77 code walkthrough

Recently I pushed feature/GEODE-77 to the repo for collaboration on 
replacing the old JGroups implementation with a new membership manager.  
The initial push has a functioning Locator and nodes can join and leave 
the distributed system.  You can find a video of a code walkthrough for

The picture quality isn't as good as the original.  Is there a better 
place to upload to that won't mess with the quality?
