Please take a look at the documentation. I believe that we'll comply, as we use the full product name directly followed by the version number in prominent places, such as on the main landing page, and at the top of the navigation pane. Placing it at the top of the navigation pane means that Apache Geode 1.0.0-incubating is always visible as you look at any page within the documentation. Not a header or a footer, but does this satisfy? Karen
