Steven,

how are you loading your scripts? By adding them as script tags in the head of 
the document?

The fact that the code in override-openlayers.js didn't complain makes me 
suspicious about the technique you use to load the scripts.

Also, it is crucial to apply the override before any Format.WFST instance is 
created.
