Yes, sandbox/camptocamp/geobretagne is a sandbox, and core/trunk/geoext is where the official GeoExt code resides. At some point, we, Camptocamp, had the CSW code in our geobretagne sandbox, but, as you noticed, it's not there anymore - we no longer needed it. So the code in ticket #87 is all we have for CSW.
