Hi, with no more tickets open for the 1.0 milestone, I would like to start the release procedure for the 1.0 release of GeoExt. According to http://trac.geoext.org/wiki/Release/Procedure, a vote must be passed by the Steering Committee to start a new release procedure.
Apologies for my previous call for votes (http://www.geoext.org/pipermail/dev/2010-September/000847.html), which should have gotten its own thread and a more prominent subject. I already have +1 votes from three PSC members: Bart and Eric and myself. Since I do not find anything on voting procedures on the wiki, I assume we need an unanimous vote, so I'll wait for Tim and Cédric's votes before I branch 1.0 and create RC1.
