Hi I'm proposing to give François Van Der Biest commit rights to GeoExt core.
François has been hacking into GeoExt almost since the beginning of the project. He knows the GeoExt internals very well, and regularly submits relevant and high-quality patches. François in the initial developer, and current maintainer, of the Measure user extension. I'm convinced François would be committed to the project, willing to help review patches and get new contributions in. Please vote. Thanks. +1 from me.
