integration with the directory project for a JNDI context for web apps

Inside servlets deployed in Geronimo, there's no default JNDI context 
today. We should probably integrate the Naming sub-project from the 
Directory project...

Maybe including this as a standard part of the assembly? Any volunteers 
to GBean-ify the Naming project and integrate it?

(When its ready we should ensure that Eve, the LDAP server integrates 
cleanly with Geronimo too).
