Yes, I did a getotherprojects, but I had never built howl before and the
multiproject:clean was requiring howl...jar as a dependency.
Since I hadn't ever built it and its not available at any of the maven repo
sites complete-rebuild failed.
The work-around was go into the howl subdir and jar:install the artifact and
then go back to the top and do complete-rebuild again.
This will probably be an issue for anyone that is building Geronimo for the
first time or for anyone who has wiped out there local maven repo for whatever
reason...
