Resource-refs now work in app client. There is a toy app in
itests/namin/client that demonstrates this. In that directory, run maven, then
start a server
java -jar target/geronimo/bin/server.jar
org/apache/geronimo/itest/naming/ClientServer
and in a separate window
java -jar target/geronimo/bin/client.jar org/apache/geronimo/itest/naming/client
"Hello World" means a datasource was looked up, a connection obtained, and
closed.
