If a module includes a message-destination-ref in its J2EE DD, then it doesn't look like Geronimo has a facility to map that to an actual destination. I think we need to add a message-destination-ref element of type gernaming:local-refType to geronimo-naming.xsd and then put in some plumbing to make it basically work like a resource-env-ref when the module is configured. Any thoughts on that?
