Although this could be done as a SLSB, it would be better if this was something
simpler that looked like an EJB but did not need a full EJB container to run.
This could just be a GBean that exposed the normal EJB invoker and which could
be resolved specially using a special ejb-ref/ejb-local-ref.
The reason for this is to allow access to the management info even if the
current configuration does not include EJB.
