new deployer only works in a single configuration

In ServerConnection the name of the GBean to use for deployment is hard coded
to "geronimo.deployment:role=Deployer,config=org/apache/geronimo/J2EEDeployer"
This prevents the deployer working with any other deployment configuration.
Previously the name of the GBean to invoke was specified when building the
deployer's executable config allowing a user to build their own.
