MailcapCommandMap.getCommand() should handle wildcards

The pattern matching for getCommand() is too strict.
RFC1524 allows mailcap files with wildcard mime types e.g.
multipart/related
multipart/*
multipart
I'm not clear on exactly how multiple mappings get resolved but right now we
match directly which is too strict.
