allowed methods in ejbtimeout don't correspond to final spec

Apparently the final ejb 2.1 spec made some changes as to whether
getCallerPrincipal and isUserInRole were allowed to be called in ejbTimeout.
Anyway, the current implementation differs from the spec. There are some
differences for WS endpoint also.
