In J2EEServerImpl.getResources, we include JCAConnectionFactory and JDBCDriver
(which I think we shouldn't), and don't include JCAResource (which I think we
shouldn't). My opinion is based on the hierarchy of things below J2EEResource
in the JSR-77 spec, not any clear definition I've found on what counts as what
kind of resource or what that method should return.
