1) Provide pluto-portal-1.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar (currently only the WAR is on 
Jeremy's home dir, but the build wants a JAR built from WEB-INF/classes in the 
WAR)

2) Investigate the following message:

14:31:22,763 WARN  [Servlet] org.apache.pluto.portalImpl.Servlet#init(): Couldn't read 
property "pluto.allowSetBufferSize" from config file ConfigService.properties
