Investigate the following message:

Couldn't read property "pluto.allowSetBufferSize" from config file
ConfigService.properties

1) Provide pluto-portal-1.0.1-SNAPSHOT.jar (currently only the WAR is on
Jeremy's home dir, but the build wants a JAR built from WEB-INF/classes in the
WAR)
2) Investigate the following message:
