I no longer think the RealmBridge concept is a very good idea. You should just
produce one subject when you log in and put all the info you will need in it.
Using one subject to log in another in the same vm is just too confusing.
This will require some modifications to the connector module so the correct
credentials can be located for an adapter instance. We will probably need some
more login modules as well.
