Aaron Mulder commented on GERONIMO-835: --------------------------------------- Well, I happen to disagree, but it's not a big deal. I use "m:rebuild-all" to make sure that a change didn't break something elsewhere in the tree so I run it kind of a lot. It was a little annoying when switching regularly between M4 and HEAD that the files for one were always gone because I did a rebuild-all on the other. Still, I can see your point. Maybe I'm asking for something different instead of a change to clean-repo. > Make clean-repo delete based on file name/version > ------------------------------------------------- > > Key: GERONIMO-835 > URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GERONIMO-835 > Project: Geronimo > Type: Improvement > Components: buildsystem > Versions: 1.0-M3, 1.0-M4 > Reporter: Aaron Mulder > Assignee: David Jencks > Fix For: 1.0-M5 > > It would be nice if the clean-repo task only cleaned out the artifacts with > the current Geronimo/OpenEJB version number in the name, instead of deleting > the entire Geronimo/OpenEJB directories. The specs dir would be a little > more annoying since some of the version differ, but hey. This would allow > you to do a clean-repo or rebuild-all for, say, the current milestone branch > or HEAD without whacking all the files for both. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
