Reading below, I was thinking about this - how would we go about
fixing these in general? I'm going to see if I can get an XP box
into Turkish...

If tried to start with java -jar server.jar in Turkish language
setting. startup fails with no log messages. Console prints some
error messages but these are due to failed services.
